Topics that will be discussed are conflict management, communication skills, and motivation/team building.
The Gator Group understands that you taking this course because of the differences the five departments have been facing.
Our focus will be to bring trust, motivation, equality, and appreciation into the departments and also find the root of the problem so we can establish an equal ground.
After the session, each department will be able to:

"You've been working hard at football practice everyday for almost 3 weeks now. You have been hoping that your coach is noticing your hard work and effort so that you might be able to start the home game against your rivals this coming weekend. You've been staying after practice with a team member to put in extra work. The last practice before the big game your coach calls everyone into a huddle to list the starting players for the game. He gets to the end of the list and wraps it up with a "Now let's go get 'em tomorrow!" The team cheers with joy and then breaks out. You never heard your name called. According to maintaining a high set point, how would you react in this situation?"
